Ingredients:

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tbl. olive oil
  • approx 22 oz pizza sauce, canned or jarred
  • 1 tbl cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fennel seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. mozzarella cheese, grated


Directions:


Brown onion and meat in oil. Mix cornstarch and seasoning into pizza sauce and add to meat mixture. Stir well. When mixture bubbles and thickens add cheese by 1/3's. Stir until melted. Serve hot.
