Ingredients:

  • 7 slice bacon, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 oz. blue cheese
  • chopped chives or scallions


Directions:


Saute bacon until almost crisp. Drain fat and add garlic briefly. Combine all ingredients in food processor. Bake or microwave until heated through. Serve ho
