Ingredients:


  • 2 1/2 lbs of a chuck or bottom round roast - make sure there is visible fat.
  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package of onion soup mix (dry)
  • potatoes
  • carrots


Directions:


  • Put the beef, and all of the soups in a crockpot for 6 - 7 hours.
  • After 5 hours, put in the carrots.
  • I make the mashies separately but you could put them in the crockpot also - the same time as the carrots.
  • The gravy will be made - just ladle it out. Cut the beef and veggies and serve.
