Ingredients:
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 c. shredded jack cheese
- 1 head romaine
- 1 head red leaf lettuce
- 1/2 c. parsley
- 2 shallots or 1 sm. onion & 1 clove garlic
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 2 tbl. olive oil
- 2 tbl. red wine vinegar
- 4 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. each salt & pepper
Directions:
Prepare greens, walnuts, cheese. In food processor combine onions and parsley. Add oils, vinegar, Dijon, sugar, salt and pepper. Toss.
