Spices Honey Glazed Ribs
Ingredients:
- 2 sides (about 3 lbs) baby pork ribs
Marinade:
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. sake
- 1 tsp. chili flakes
- 4 tbls. honey
- 2 tbl. minced garlic
- 2 tbls. minced ginger
- 6 tbls. sesame oil
Directions:
Place ribs in a container just large enough to hold them, one side on top of the other. Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour over the ribs. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and let marinate refrigerated overnight. Preheat oven to 300. Place half the marinade in the pan with the ribs. Bake for 2 hours or until meat is tender, turning frequently. When ribs are just about done, heat remaining marinade in saucepan over low heat. Glaze the ribs under broiler or ona grill for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove ribs and cut each side into individual pieces. To serve, arrange ribs in an overlapping fashion on each plate or on a large serving platter. Spoon the marinade they cooked in, plus the warm marinade over the ribs.
