Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1/3 - 1/2 c. chicken fat
- 7 cups farfel (1 box)
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
- 4 tsp. paprika
- 4 eggs
- approx 20 oz chicken stock
- 2 1/2 cups hot water
Directions;
Saute onions and celery in fat. Add farfel. Combine eggs with seasonings in large bowl. Add farfel and vegetable. Add stock and water. Stir to combine well. Taste for salt. Pour into large baking dish and bake at 375 for 30 min. or until top is browned.
